The following are sample programs:
Athlete: “Ben” – planning first 10k run, possibly first sprint triathlon within 6 months
- Initial consultation via Skype or phone to discuss athletic background and goals
- Creation of a basic three month training plan with workout details
- Guidance on effective training techniques and injury prevention.
- Weekly email to answer training questions
Cost: $99 per month (with 3 month commitment)
Athlete: “Janet” – planning Olympic distance triathlon and marathon within 7 months
- Initial consultation via Skype or phone to discuss athletic background and goals
- Fully customized training program designed for peak competition performance
- As-needed recalibration of training plans
- Customized advice/assistance on:
- Sport specific training techniques
- Injury prevention through specific warmup and cooldown exercises
- Sports nutrition for training and racing
- Equipment selection and configuration
- Race selection and goal setting
- Race preparation strategy
- Unlimited access to coach via e-mail
- Weekly evaluation of training progress via training log
- Monthly Skype or phone conferences to monitor progress towards goals
Cost: $249 per month (no commitment)
