History

Founded in 2008, Sports Bistro was originally a sports nutrition retailer focused on helping endurance athletes make sense of how to fuel their bodies for their best results.  Our philosophy of optimal performance through effective fueling before, during and after training led to the tag line “Fuel Smarter, Play Harder”.  As our following grew, we gradually transitioned our business to focus more on endurance sports coaching while continuing to preach the benefits of effective fueling.  Today, Sports Bistro has athletes in all US time zones while continuing to grow an active online following around the world.
