This we all know: In sports, as it is in life, there is no ‘easy’ path to success. The more complicated truth, however, is that certain paths are much harder than others, and some don’t get you there at all.

Sports Bistro preaches this simple philosophy: A coach’s role is to help you find the path that gets you the best results for your training. Each step should have a firm purpose within a sequence of specific, interrelated activities towards the intended result. But uncovering the right path is half art and half science – an effective coach employs creativity, style and passion, as well as a keen understanding of why you can’t just download a static one-size-fit-all program.
